GHG emissions reporting, including avoided emissions on Blue Visby Voyages
Voyage-level GHG emissions data for charterers and cargo owners — built for Scope 3 reporting.
The GHG Emissions Report gives cargo owners and charterers full visibility over the GHG emissions footprint of their chartered fleet. Built on the same digital twin technology that powers the Blue Visby Voyage, the report produces voyage-level emissions data across every Port and Terminal in the programme, without requiring any hardware, sensors or onboard installation.
For every voyage, the report calculates total GHG emissions, carbon intensity per tonne of cargo carried, and a full breakdown between ballast and laden legs. Emissions are further analysed by cargo type, by trade route, and by individual vessel, with a CII rating assigned to each voyage leg. The data is derived from a combination of vessel characteristics, AIS positions, weather conditions and, where available, actual fuel consumption records provided by the vessel operator.
The report is designed for charterers who need voyage-level emissions data to support their Scope 3 reporting requirements. It is available as a downloadable PDF, as a live dashboard within the Blue Visby platform, and as raw data via CSV export for integration into a charterer’s own sustainability reporting systems. The report does not replace regulatory verification under EU MRV or IMO DCS, which operate under separate regimes requiring primary fuel data audited by an accredited verifier.
